Refund and Cancellation Policy
Order cancellation policy for within India
- If the customer wants to cancel the order, please do it before the product is shipped. The entire amount will be refunded in such a case.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is shipped Rs 200 will be deducted for shipping.
Eligibility for return and exchange
- Item must be in the condition that you have received unworn, unused with tags and original tag and packaging with invoice.
- Request of return should be made within 48hrs of receiving the product.
- Once we receive your return shipment either we will provide credit note which will be valid for 1 month or refund the amount of the product within 15 working days.
- Only manufacturing defect products are eligible for refund, exchange and return.
The customer can opt for new products in the exchange or may consider same product for purchase i.e that depends on product availability and if we can manufacture the product then it will take 3 weeks to make the product. The customer will be informed throughout the process.
- The customer can exchange the products with another if the product is available or have to wait after 2 weeks for new product delivery. The product should be in the same form as delivered to you, unused and with all the tags and packing.
- Package opening video – please record the parcel opening video, so that name slip and docket number is visible. Without opening video return of the product will not be made. In case of manufacturing defect please do send the video and pic in the Whatsapp number given.
- Refund policy – In case of return, shipping and COD charges are non-refundable. FOV orders where we have not charged shipping charge, we will deduct up to Rs 200 on account of shipping and COD charge.
- In case you are returning the product just because you did not like the product and for no other reason like defects or damage. In that case you are not eligible for cancellation of the order. You can exchange the product on availability basis on you can opt credit note valid for 1 month for new product self and exchange.
You have to bear the reverse shipping charge from your side in such circumstances. - If the parcel you have received from the courier is damaged please don’t accept the order return it then and there by take a picture of the product. Kindly send the pic in your whatsapp so that we can do the needful.
- In case of manufacturing defect product, you have to send the reverse shipment back to our address. A maximum of Rs 150 will be paid back to you for reverse shipping from our side by using some medium of payment.
- Product brought during sale are non-refundable.
- Sarees with fall and picot/edging will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- Customised product will not be returned or exchanged.

International Orders
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped.
If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
If in case you want to return the products, the shipping, customs or any other additional charges will have to borne by you. Once we have received the products a quality check will be done by our team. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you courier it back to us.
The amount refunded to you will be only for the products. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by mailing us at sheli@shelisfashionhub.com with your Order ID and send us the package opening video and a snapshot of the defect. We will either provide you a credit note or refund the amount of that defective product.
We do not have an exchange policy for international customers.
Return Policy : If you receive any damaged/incorrect/incomplete order, do contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order, by mailing us at (mail id)with your Order ID, and an image/video of the defect/item. or WhatsApp us on +91 84204 50010 with all details. We will either ship a replacement for the item or provide a refund for the product, once the pickup is done.
